As some of you may know, we have started maintaining our own bee hives so we can provide you with our own locally harvested honey. Here are a few pictures of Lisa, our resident bee keeper, tending to her hives. She is adding another level of Supers to the hives in increase our harvest which should be in the next month or so. Our honey will be available for sale next spring in our new retail store being built this winter. If all goes well with our first harvest, we look forward to installing many new hives next Spring!!
